Our Community Hall is spacious and has a commercial kitchen
Robert Mumper, RS, Environmental Health Specialist III, Yavapai County Community Health Services clarifies for us that events that are not a commercial enterprise, such as a private party or friends baking cookies do not need to be certified with a Food Handler’s Card. However, any outside vendor (i.e., caterer) used for food service for a private party (i.e., wedding) would need to be licensed.

On the wonderful wrap-around porch you can enjoy the outdoors with lots of room outside for a barbeque grill.

Our Ranch Room is ideally sized for private rental for smaller events.

We have a sparkling pool for rent. Cool off at a summer swim party for a special occasion with your friends.

The Community Hall and Ranch Room are a short walk away from our Nature Preserve on the Verde River.
